So today i woke up thinking, maybe i dont want to go to a service academy. I have just been accepted to Miami university in Ohio on friday and, besides the fact its one of my top three colleges to go to, many of my best friends were accepted as well.
Anyway, I woke up, threw myself out of bed, and went to go to lunch with my mum. Before leaving i went to get the mail for her. I searched through to see if anything came for me and lo' and behold a single letter, possibly the thinest letter i have ever felt, was addressed to me from Mr. Voinovich. My heart sank...
The first sentance read:
"It is my pleasure to inform you that you have been selected as one of my nominees for admission to the united states naval academy."
When i woke up, I was having second guesses on attending and now I have recieved a letter from Senator Voinovich of Ohio, nominating me to attend the academy...
So i have this question... Not to go all soft on you guys but...
Is it my destiny to attend?
