Just wondering when and what should I do for the nomination process for the class of 2022. When is the earliest I can start the application?

It depends on your congressmen - find yours and look at their individual websites for application details. Each one is different.
 
Most likely the earliest you will be able to submit your MOC application will be the spring to early summer, but each MOC is different. Read every page and every pull down on your MOCs website for information on this years application process, requirements and essays. Find students that are applying this year and ask them about the process.

Attend Boys/Girls State this summer. It provides a boost to your leadership score.
