He was granted a DodMerb waiver for the braces this summer and is Dodmerb qualified.
Our orthodontist sent a letter with the plan for his retainer and DoDmerb gave him permission for a permanent retainer rather than a removable retainer. Does the othodontist need to send another letter saying that the braces have been removed and is there a form we need to give the orthodontist?
