Nov 1st Deadline

Hello,

I have a question regarding my deadline for certain forms. My essay is due "by November 1st". I've been trying to perfect my essays with as much time as I can considering I still have a few other forms that need to be cleared before my application is complete. My essays are done, but I'd like to spend tomorrow to finalize my drafts. Does "by November 1st" mean October 31 @ 11:59pm or is it November 1st @ 11:59pm?

No, everyone's deadline is different it is normally about 4 months from becoming a candidate. For the deadline I would assume either end of the business day or 11:59 pm but the deadline is already passed.

You have 4 months from the day your Candidate Kit gets triggered or until Jan 31, whichever is shorter. If you became Candidate on July 10 (like me), your application (except DoDMERB and ALO interview, which only needs to be scheduled) is due Nov 10. If you became Candidate on November 10, you have until Jan 31 to complete everything.

Haha I ended up turning it. Didn’t want to risk missing the deadline over wording
