NROTC 3-year

Does the Navy give school-specific scholarships for 3-year applicants, or are there only national side-load scholarships? Does your school matter in terms of receiving a side-load? Does your first semester performance (in terms of both as a NROTC college program student and academics) matter more than your hs performance, or are they both taken into account?

It's a national competition for Navy 2 and 3 year side loads. School isn't considered. First year grades/performance are all they look at for the 3-year; HS academics are not even considered.
