I was reflecting on my son’s journey today in regard to everything he did to be awarded the NROTC scholarship. There was one thing that I thought would be important to share.
As my son received his acceptance letters into his 5 schools of choice as well as the school of engineering he copied the letters and had them sent in with his package. I don’t think this makes a difference on a selection; however, it did at best allow the board to know that he was accepted into his tier 1 choice for the schools he selected.
