Going in for my NROTC officer interview in a couple of hours! I'm beyond excited, wish me luck!

Deep breath. Relax, and pause a second before you reply to a question.
That moment to think will help you sound calm, thoughtful, and confident.

Good luck!

good luck.
Report back anything you can pass along to others.

It was really easy, I was interviewed by a lieutenant for about 25 minutes. He asked me a bunch of questions like "when has misscommunication had a negative impact on you" "what are some traits of a bad communicator" "when did you have to be a follower instead of a leader" "what do you do outside of varsity sports to stay in shape" "what do you want to do in the navy and why" "when have you made a bad decision and what was the outcome" ... Etc. There were a few questions I couldn't answer simply because I didn't have enough life experience and he told me he appreciated my honesty. He also recorded my answers on his phone.
