Here's the actual FY2010 frost-call notification to all Marine Recruiting districts regarding USMC scholarships, head-counts and region accountabilities.
Remember, there's an Eastern Region and a Western region; they have different head-counts due to populations. Each region has three (3) districts and within the districts are different numbers of recruiting stations.
The 1st District I deal with has 91 scholarships to spreadout among 8 districts; that works out to 11 scholarships per recruiting station.
