NROTC Portal--What does this mean??

I tried to check my NROTC portal several times today, and every time I encountered the same problem. Instead of seeing the usual information displayed with "No decision has been made on your application", There was just a box with my SSN and Date of Birth and nothing else....Any idea what this could mean??
 
Check the scholarship year, if you have the wrong year selected then that is all it will show.
 
The form was changed on Monday to request status for the years 2013 and 2014 instead of 2012 and 2013. If you were previously requesting status for 2013 (the rightmost radio button), it remembers the rightmost selection and, by default, you are now requesting your status for 2014.
