I recieved an NROTC scholarship and financial aid that covers most of my tuition. Will the scholarship cover whats left of my tuition or will it reimburse me? I want to know so I can figure out If I can pay my room and board fees with my financial aid.

You will need to check with you school's financial aid department for the answer to your question. Every college handles it differently. Some schools take away their need-based grants and other university scholarships when you get the NROTC Scholarship. Others will allow you to apply it to room and board. The NROTC scholarship will cover ALL of your tuition and fees. It will not apply, nor can it be transferred to cover room and board. So the only thing you should be needing to cover now is room and board.
