NROTC selection board dates and DoDMerb action/portal change

I was wondering if anyone knows for sure how long after the NROTC selection board meets the applicants are notified? DS received the TWE from USNA today and we are getting close to deposit deadlines. I've tried to search a little bit on the forums but I haven't found anything concrete.
