I really want to do NROTC at a local university I will be attending, but I am 99% sure that I will be PDQ.

In a nutshell
spastic diplegia (cerebral palsy) - Minor, has no effects on my functioning.

Scoliosis- minor enough to get a waiver

Eczema (I think) Was diagnosed when I was little, from what I've read live vaccines have terrible side effects, but I've had the chicken pox injection w/o any negative health effects, not sure. I think a waiver would be unlikely, but possible?

I really want to serve. These conditions have NO ill effects on me.
Would it even be worth it to apply, then get disqualified at DODMERB?

Go to the DoDMERB website and you will get some information. Nobody here can tell you for sure if you will get DQ'd. On the surface it looks like you may have an uphill battle. Good luck..
