I think i'm dying. This is too nerve wrecking. So I've taken to busy myself with chores, homework, and random workouts to get my nerves settled. I refused to tell my parents that the 26th I might get accepted. That would absolutely kill them.

What are my fellow hopefuls doing to occupy their time? Parents?

I'm pretty much doing the same thing you're doing, but when I'm really stressed out I go watch a Prank vs Prank video on Youtube to give me a good laugh and help me relieve some anxiety lol.

Man...I really wish baseball started earlier than next Friday so I would have something to think about. My friends are starting to get annoyed with how often I am checking this forum.

LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Remember that this "first wave" of offers will be about 500 or so of the total 1,200. Therefore, if you do not get a BFE in the first wave you still have a chance if you have a strong file
I expect that the first wave are the P-Noms or Congressional District winners, the top Presidential nominees, athletic nominees, nominees with very strong files, service nominees (Army and NG), some minorities etc.
There will be a steady (ever decreasing) flow of offers in March and April and a few in May.
Stay strong

Don't do what I'm doing!

EATING!!

Push Hard, Press Forward, pretty soon just rolling!

Video Games. Reddit.com. Magic the Gathering. Lifting weights. Studying. Anything that will make the hours go by faster. This week is going by slower than the past 2 years I have waited to get to this week. If that makes any sense....

Working out. I'm probably going to hurt myself in the next week, but I just keep throwing myself at exercise. The worst thing ever is if I don't get anything next week; I need to know, one way or the other. I want this waiting game to be over.

Yea if we dont get our BFE in the next week, then it means that we have a very slim chance.. Not to mention that we have to keep playing this horrible waiting game...

All i can do is go on this forum and refresh and refresh reading :unhappy:

I just want to know if I'm accepted or rejected next week!!!!

As we all wait it out the next few days...i truly believe now is a time to reflect on the tremendous amount of hard work, dedication, excellence and perserverance it took to get to this point. If you are waiting for news, that means you are among the best this country has to offer and whether or not you do secure an appointment, please know you have all the skills and character it takes to be successful in anything you choose to do. No matter the outcome, you are to be congratulated. No matter the outcome, you should be extremely proud. Congratulations to all who are anxiously waiting....you have earned it!
