OCP Boots

Hello,

I'm aware that USAFA is switching from ABUs to OCPs, but uniform wear is completely foreign to me. I'm currently looking for boots to order for BCT and was wondering what brands were best for BCT.

My son loved his Nike’s said they were lighter than the issued pair. In saying that he got a pair of Coyote Brown Nike’s for Christmas that are here at the house waiting to be taken back probably around spring break but that depends on his summer schedule if he gets his request of second session off.

DS likes his Nike's. They are lightweight and good for general use and classroom duty. That is what he wears 90% of the time. He also has a pair of Garmont's that are little more sturdy that he used in Jack's Valley and for other more strenuous outdoor activities. The Belleville's they were issued for BCT are heavy and he doesn't like them.
