I'm glad you listed this, because the link I had to NETC notices doesn't work anymore, nor does your link. This way at least those figures are captured in this thread forever. For summer/fall 2012 applications (YG2017):
Initial Scholarship Offers and Enrolls. NSTC OD shall
attain YG17 NROTC Navy option scholarship offer numbers by
scholarship type as prescribed in Table A with the goal of
meeting projected Table A enrollment numbers. The CNSB will
review all scholarship types.
Scholarship Type Offers Enrolls
LREC 60 30
ISR 150 74
ASR 110 71
MSISR 170 120
CNSB 4-Year URL(Less Above Categories) 1,207 590
CNSB 4-Year Nurse Option 26 16
Total 1,723 900
Here's the link to the notice:

P.S. your phrase above (Less Above Categories) is I think incorrect. The NCSB 4-Year is the full 1,207, PLUS the MSISR, ASR, ISR and LREC, totalling 1,697, plus 26 Nursing = 1,723 offered scholarships.
For those wondering what those acronyms mean, off the top of my head:
ASR - spots reserved mostly for high achieving Jr. NROTC applicants
ISR - spots reseved for individual NROTC Recruiting Office offers to hyper-qualified applicants, in an attempt to secure them from Ivy League, Military Academies, etc. The formal application is basically rubber stamped after the fact.
LREC - spots reserved for applicants willing to major in a critical foreign language plus acquiring regional expertise for that language
MSISR - spots reserved for applicants willing to attend traditionally minority serving institutions. Applicant need not be a minority.
There is one other teeny, tiny category I don't see listed above. It is for applicants qualified to train in cyber security. Only about 10 sports for that if I recall.
