I don't know if this is a dub question, but if I'm required to serve as an officer for 5 years, would it be at all possible to spend some of that time for the Green Berets? Or perhaps the Rangers?

Yes

You will have to become an officer first and then apply to become a Special Forces (18A) officer later ( IIRC around when you are a 1LT so 2 years of service). Obviously it’s going to be very competitive so make sure you’d be happy doing whatever regular army officer job get for the full 5 years.

I believe becoming a Ranger officer has similar (the same?) setup.

Either way your going to spend a few years as a regular army officer first and your going to have to be pretty damn good at that to get the opportunity to go to Ranger or Special Forces selection.

As was stated, yes, you can eventually make it into SF if you have the drive to get there. That is the direction my son is working towards he is currently a Yuk. A close friend of mine has a son who is well down the path as a USMA grad. He started as an Infantry officer in the 82nd, then went to the 75 Ranger Reg, completed Green Beret selection, and is currently in the Q Course. You do need to make sure you want to be part of the military regardless of whether you are in SF or not as there are no guarantees.
