I know this is late notice but what should I be prepared for and know going in for my interview for my ROTC application package? Thank you, if you could answer tonight that would be greatly appreciated.
 
@AggieWill My interview started at 9:30 today and went to 11 am. It was an hour and a half long. He asked me plenty of questions about scenarios and what I learned from each one. What I want to do in the military and why. If I didn't get a scholarship what would I do. Explain a situation with a miscommunication and how did it get resolved. Has there ever been a situation where you were given a leadership position out of nowhere. Lots of scenario questions about tough decisions and challenges, be prepared, have questions ready for them too. Be courteous and say your Yes sir/ma'ams to them. If you need a minute to think say "good questions sir, I need a minute to think about it." I think.it went okay, but it is so surprising that it was this long.
 
Sounds like you handled it well! In my experience, going longer than expected is usually good...it means you've captured their interest. Hoping things go well for you in pursuit of your USNA appointment.
