Official Waiver Letter/Notification

Hi all!

Just wanted to ask if there will be an email or letter sent to me telling me that my waiver was granted (this is for USNA). My DoDMERB portal shows 'waiver granted' and my USNA portal shows a checkmark, but I have not received any type of email or letter explicitly stating that my waiver was granted so I am just a bit stressed over whether or not I was actually granted a waiver since I received a letter from USAFA regarding my waiver, but so far nothing from USNA. Thanks!

DS didn’t receive a letter for AROTC, just DoDMERB update.

I received my letter about 2 and a half weeks after the waiver was granted so it can take a bit of time. It essentially said that the waiver was granted and that I can expect to commission into the unrestricted line. If anything it’s more of a formality, but the waiver has definitely been granted.
 
I never got a letter explaining that I got a waiver, I also had a checkmark on my portal. I got an appointment later on. If DoDMERB says waiver granted then it means just that.
