The "old" SAT expires this year. DS took it this month and will probably take the "new" SAT in the Spring. Super scoring across multiple exams is clear when all the exams are the same. However, does anyone know how Admissions will evaluate multiple scores when the tests themselves are different?

I don't see a significant change since the scores, themselves, are still 800 per section. Thus, whichever the candidate does better on stands. In fact, I think it is an advantage if you can take both versions...in a way you are getting to choose from the three best tests (old and new SAT and ACT), whereas after March you are back to two. It might be more of a challenge, from a statistics perspective, to calculate the class profile on an even baseline.
