Check out this 5 minute video on leadership, Henry the Vth, the Battle of Agincourt and leadership in tough times. "We few, We Happy Few, We Band of Brothers". Whether it is military leadership or corporate leadership- I believe that what makes a good leader is pretty much the same. Plan, Shape the Battlefield; Motivate yur troops, Lead from the front and share the danger and the victory; Turn your liabilities into strengths. This is a really interesting little clip which includes one of the greatest speeches of all times (ok they were lines from a play but they have become one of the greatest speeches in the English language!) It's in two parts so don't stop too soon- after the woman finishes speaking, there is a second couple of minute blurb on the battle that will start up in about 15 seconds.
