Orders?

So some cadets of FY14 have started receiving their orders already. My question is does the later you receive your orders mean you will be going to BOLC at a later scheduled date?

Some of my peers (at other schools) who branched the same as me have received their orders already and I'm just curious.

Short awnser is no. Your orders are written by your installation not "big army," so they come out at different times depending on where you're going. I only got my offical orders a month before BOLC. Have you checked your RFO (request for orders) yet? Those are usually posted before orders are cut but will have your unit and bolc date on them. There's a link to it on the army HRC website under self service, however you do need a CAC card to read it.
