FYI...I questioned the mailing address that was listed on the PTR Packet so I called the Pass and ID office. They suggested mailing it to:

351 King George Street
Annapolis, MD 21401
The kind young lady I spoke with also said that this specific mail will be held in the USNA mail room until an approved incoming Plebe list is given to them. Then after the list is received they will sort through them for processing. Plus, she said that the passes will not be given to parents until PPW.
I did make copies and scans of our forms to take with me on I-Day and will double check with them that ours were received. If not, she said they will accept them on I-Day as well!
