I had braces when I took my DoDMETS questionnaire, and I had the removed before my exams. Because my doctor saw it on the packet I gave her that I had had braces, she decided to play it safe and mark down orthodontics on her report. Will I have to make the trip to my orthodontist to have him fill out the remedial form just to say that I have no current orthodontics, or will calling the medical technician be enough to resolve this?
