Orthopedic Questionnaire Problem

Hello to all! I hope everyone had a great Christmas/Happy Holidays.

On my DoDMERB orthopedic questionnaire, there are boxes that are unnecessary for me to fill out. I have marked them accordingly with N/A and none, but it will not let me save and submit it? Is there a way to fix this problem? Thank you so much in advance.
