The CFA is designed as one test for all the SAs. Let's just assume that you are correct and USNA places very little emphasis on pullups while USMA places a lot of emphasis on pullups. So, would applying to only USNA, knowing that he only had to do 1 or 2 pullups, exert the same amount of effort on them as the candidate who was applying to both and would this differential in effort not affect the remainder of the results? CFA has to be done on a timed schedule in a particular order.
