Hi everyone, my DS is on his way to West Point in June. It's been a long two year wait, but his time has finally arrived :smile: ........ We just needed to post a question to any former Prepster's or anyone in "the know". Do prepster's bring their ACU's with them on R-day? The packing list that he received from USMAP's doesn't say anything about bringing any uniforms that he was issued. Thanks!! Go Army!!!!
 
Last year the majority of those reporting for R-Day were wearing their low quarters.
 
I was strongly advised...

that nothing should be brought that will attract undue or unwanted attention from the Cadre. This includes ANY military style clothing ("you aint in the army YET!") or West Point items ("you aint a Cadet...YET!").
If he already has broken in low-quarters (see Second Admissable on the Portal) wear those.
