i plan on enrolling in an Army rotc class this semester with hopes of competing for a contract. I am prior service navy and do have a NJP on my record 4 years ago. I told the gold bar recruiter about my past arrests and informed him all charges were dropped and everything dismissed. Now my question is if the Navy charged me with a DUI but the civilian courts did not, will this be a problem when it comes time to put together a package?
