I'm also applying to the USMA, can I use my CFA results for the PFA or must I take the PFA when I have my height and weight done? Does it need to be done at my school or can I have my physician do my height/weight? Reason being, my school doesn't technically have a full time nurse, she is only in on certain days and I'd rather get the form completed ASAP.
