PFE Hasn't Shown Up in the Portal

I took and submitted the PFE about 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago, I emailed my admissions officer wondering if there was an issue. She said that they received my PFE and that it was being processed. Has anyone else's taken this long to show up? What does it mean?

The admissions office is hoping to finish processing the forms by end of next week. It will show up once they are done
 
Also they just went through that winter storm so there's additional delay. I wouldn't worry about it if your AO told you its processing.
