I know that there have been several graduates from KP that have received pilot slots. Is there some set number that are given to KP graduates? I'm specifically speaking in regards to Naval Aviation.

As a point of interest on the topic, the current Blue Angel #3 is a USMMA grad!

There is no set number of naval aviation slots out of KP. Historically if you are a good student and do all the stuff the Naval Science department does for the people interested in aviation you will have a very good chance of being selected.

I believe that 40 mids wanted flight and 20 got spots, which is a good yield compared with other years. Shows that the services appreciate the quality of KP grads.

The number of acessions into Naval Aviation changes every year. There is no set number of slots, even for Annapolis.

I was told the Class of 2014 received 21 slots. 7 Pilot and 14 Naval Flight Officer.
