PMS Interview Complete....Next step?

This may be silly question. My DS just had his Interview last week. Is the official submitting for 2nd Review Board incumbent upon his Interviewer completing that portion in his application?
His Dashboard shows everything listed as Complete or Approved. His status showed Interviewee and just today changed to Interview Pending.
Is there an action for him? Does he need click submit somewhere? Or just wait to his PMS/Interviewer to upload results of his interview?

If it was like the first board, it will always say “interview pending”. If you have ALL materials submitted, and the PMS submitted the interview, then your status will change to “Board Ready”
