What is the number of times you can log in per day and not be considered as having a screw loose? 10? 20? And in that .5 of a second before the page comes up do you close your eyes?

Here's a plug for my WAITING thread.

When my DS was waiting for his nomination, I think he wore out the F5 button.
Conversely, he didn't even check the portal at all on the day his offer of appointment was posted.
