Portal invalid permission

Hi everybody! When I log in to the USNA portal (apparently the "second" portal, here), and click on the "Appointments and Interviews" link under the Events tab, it opens a new blank browser tab with the words "Invalid permission set assigned to current user security profile. Please have the system administrator check the TargetX Logs for details." Does anybody else get this, and if so, what does it mean? I'm not too concerned because I'm sure whatever this portal says, the other one probably will say as well, but I am just a little curious as to what it could be.

Honestly, I could not tell you what that means. I am hoping that somebody else on here has the knowledge about that. Maybe a computer glitch? But once again- not sure.

My DD says the same. I believe it is because there is no info to load at this point.

Ignore it. It is a feature used by BGOs and others who have portal access. It is a scheduling utility meant to support their activities and interactions with candidates. It is not a feature for candidate use. (The IT Dept should have coded the application to screen display feature access/system privileges based on user profiles: Candidate, BGO, AO, etc. This would prevent curious candidates from receiving an error message or flag such as the one you received.)
