Portal issues

Hello,

My DS has been having issues logging in to the portal after he accepted his appointment. We have re-set his password a number of times with no success. We have also contacted the admission office but have not heard back. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the fix?

No need to panic if he has already accepted his appointment. The portal has periodic issues. It will get sorted out. Admissions is working through some bugs as they have cut over a new system this year, so they may not have it all the way sorted out yet. It's still a long ways to July 1. No need to stress about this if your son has already accepted his appointment.

Same issues for DS. Reset password according to instructions multiple times. Captcha closing off. Reopened by admissions and then problems again. Admissions needs to connect with IT and get the user ID and password management access sorted. Hopefully soon.

Contact your Candidate Technician for your region. Our DS had an issue and she handled it immediately. Go Army!
