Portal Trouble

Is anyone having trouble logging into the candidate portal this morning?

Same here. I will be at USMA this evening so I can talk to an admissions officer and figure out what’s wrong. I’ll update y’all if it still isn’t working later today.

DS just checked his to see if there's anything on there re. new correspondence (informed delivery indicates he has a letter in the mail). He had no problems, but be sure to use the updated portal site "westpoint" and not the old one "usma." That may be the issue.

The portal goes down often. More often after the first of the year. They are updating. No cause for alarm.
