Finished my DODMERB exams today and my DODMETS status got moved to complete, meaning its being reviewed. I had Seasonal Wheezing from ages 11-13, but my parents always had me keep an inhaler filled(last one being filled over a year ago), and obvious they kept expiring after I wouldn't use them so we would throw them out etc. The doctor didn't say anything, but will I have to go do a remedial Methacholine Challenge, or will it be more of a Send Medical records and have your PCP sign off that your good to go, kinda thing? Thanks in Advance

Be proactive and go NOW and get all your medical records. See if you were prescribed an inhaler or had wheezing after age 13. My son has occasional wheezing with colds or seasonal allergies. It has happened after age 13 twice. He was DQ'd in December and he is waiting on waivers. He started the process in August and had to pull medical records which took us a month to accomplish. Get them in your hands ASAP so that if they come back asking for them you can fire them off same day, not delay the process a month. That's all I got for you in the way of advise. Good luck!
