Hi all, I was just curious how it works if a potential cadet gets injured between their reception of the appointment and I-Doc day? My friend easily passed DODMERB, and received his appointment to the class of 2014, but recently dislocated his shoulder and the doctors are talking about surgery with approximately 4 months of rehab which would take him right up to I-Doc. I told him I would ask around on these forums for more information about this type of situation. How would he notify DODMERB of the injury, and how will he know if it is disqualifying? Any other information he should know?

Thanks for all the help,
JRDarkness

He should contact DoDMERB's Larry Mullen (see sticky note for contact info) for direction and notify the academy. He will give him the proper advice needed.

I concur. I will be working all night Sat and much of Sunday:thumb:
