Post-Wisdom Teeth Panorex?

Son had his wisdom teeth out 10 days ago--goes for a follow up dentist appointment tomorrow.

Does he need to get a second panorex to send in, showing the wisdom teeth gone? Or just a letter?

(This should be obvious, but he'll be a Plebe in July.)
