Pre-candidate Questionnaire/SS

I was under the impression that my acceptance to the summer seminar would take place of the pre-candidate questionnaire, so today I emailed my ALO if I should complete the Questionnaire and he said to do so.

Should I do the Pre-Candidate Questionnaire? will this conflict with my SS application?
 
Unless things have changed from last year when my son attended Summer Seminar, you don't have to fill out the pre-candidate questionnaire. If you've applied to the SS (even if not selected), they have all the same info the PCQ would ask and you'll get info (by email I believe) in late June/early July about the next steps in the process for the actual application. And there are many, so your online application page will have a checklist of things to complete and will show when the academy has received/processed them.
