Prelim. Application

Hi everyone,
My Summer Seminar application will be weaker than my prelim. application next year even though they're a few months apart. Higher GPA, likely a Varsity Sport will be on the Prelim., but not on the Summer Seminar one. I want to go to the Naval Academy, so what should I do. Apply for the Summer Seminar, or wait for the prelim?
