Starting a thread for CG students head to NAPS as my son is getting ready after just being pulled from the wait list. Would also welcome any tips from parents who have had students at NAPS about how to plan for visits, care packages etc.

Hi, my son's younger teammate from the same high school just got off the waitlist for prep school. When do they have to report to the academy? My son is a 2C/swab cadre at the USCGA this year and I am just trying to offer some help to our friends as they are scrambling around trying to make a decision.

Our son is headed to NAPS and reports to New London on the 15th. Best wishes!
