Hello All,
After lengthy, exhausting medical battle with DoDMERB, I was granted a waiver this week and appointed to USMAPS today!
I was wondering if anyone had tips to prepare or things I need to start gearing for? I also really got out of shape due to a busy work study eating up my schedule, so any work out recommendations would be nice too haha.
