Presidential/Disabled Vet Nomination

I am currently filling out the presidential nomination forum and I noticed that the forms for the presidential nomination and the Children of The Deceased/Disabled was the same.

Would I fill in two forms and send separately or check both boxes and send only one form? I am asking because my father was both retired and 100% disabled

You have a small window to edit or delete immediately after your post. Then you cannot. No waiting period. See if you can still do it. If not, just let it be. It’s clear you didn’t intend for it to be in this forum. The answer is likely to be the same anyway!
Just copy and paste into a new post in the forum you want in a new thread.

You send it one form, as you cannot receive both the special nom and the the presidential form. Also make sure you attach the pertaining documents showing proof of disability.
