Presidential Nomination

Hi all, I am currently filling out the form to request a Presidential nomination. The form asks for his "component and branch of service". My father was a pilot in the Air National Guard and we're both a little confused as to what I should write for that part. Would it simply be "Air National Guard, Air Force"?

Seems like Air Nation Guard infers Air Force...

Army National Guard would be the Army equivalent.
