Does anyone know when USMA begins accepting applications for presidential nominations (2013). My only hesitation for starting is that my congressmen don't begin accepting thier applications till spring. Is USMA the same way or can I begin applying now? When I send in the application do I also have to send in my fathers military service records or do they ask for that later?

If you click on "view a sample" you will see the information that you need to submit. It also says the request must reach West Point by Jan. 15th of the year you are seeking admission. Since they are working on admissions for class of 2012 right now I would wait at least until after Jan. 15th of this year to submit it for class of 2013.
