Do Principal Nominations get reviewed before the other nom's in the district? Therefore do principal nom's hear back about their application status sooner?

Impossible to know for sure, but probably. DS was principal last year and had LOA by now with only DoDMERB pending. Can't be sure it was because of principal nom, though.
