Problem with medical records

I can't find my old glasses anymore and I can't find my doctor's records anymore because it has been more than 8/10 years ago since I wore glasses last time, back then my doctor told me that my situation would solve by itself by growing up, and it did, I don't even remember the name of the doctor. What can I do?
