Providing medical background information

Do new cadets need to provide any medical records from their current physician, or is the DoDMERB medical clearance all they need for their medical background information?

If they don't have their vaccination book, they will need to get a print out of vaccination records from their doctor. They will get a list of the shots that they need to have. I think that is the only thing I can remember if they are medically qualified.

Any time I've ever reported for duty, I've never had to bring anything other than orders and contract documentation. A new medical record will be established for the cadets which will follow them from here on out. I believe any documentation provided during the medical qualification process is part of that record but nothing else should be required except vaccination information.
