Qualified on DoDMERB but not USAFA website

My status has been qualified on the DoDMERB site for about a week now and the status letter was received 5 days ago. It still says my status is unknown on my USAFA application. Is this normal to take a long time to update?
 
Don't worry. It will come up. You can expedite it by emailing Mr Jacobs your DODMERB Letter. It is USAFA that processes DODMERB for all services. But in time it will show up anyways.

Mine took a day to update, so you're right to be worried. It may be a clerical issue, so fax or email the letter to your counsellor/responsible party to cover all your bases. The status letter is your golden ticket. Good luck.
 
How long from the day you took your medical/vision before showing qualified on the DoDMERB website?
