Question about Applicant Portal Status

My son and I are a little puzzled about two features of his applicant portal status.

1) It still lists Medical Exam under Actions Required. He has completed all his exams and has gone through remedials. (Unfortunately - this ended in a DQ - about 3 weeks ago - but we have are optimistic about a waiver).

2) It still list Official Transcript under Actions Required - even though he (his high school) sent one more than a month ago.

Should we be concerned about either of these? I don't know what to make of the medical status? I guess we could send another transcript?
 
As far as the transcript, I had to have my guidance counselor send it twice and it got to the point where so just called them and bugged them a bit and they found it and put it in. I would call and ask them!
 
The DoDMERB status can take a long while to update.
As for the H.S. transcript - please make sure that it went directly from the High School.
USNA will not accept transcripts from third-party organizations (like Parchment).

If it went directly from the High School, then just suggest to your DS that he EMail his Admissions Counselor and ask if it has been received.
I say "suggest", because I did this several times during the admissions process with my DS, and he just did it in his own time.
In other words, he told me "I got this" and "I'll do it if I feel it's necessary". ;)

my sons transcript took over a month to show up in the portal. if its not there after 6 weeks, maybe have them send it again and then contact the admission office to see if they are just behind on loading them in
